Why is it considered rape when a girl/woman is drunk and consents to having sex?

You're right, I wouldn't consider that rape, the female is equally as responsible. Calling that rape trivializes actual rape. Those feminists are irrational lunatics.

When are they going to take responsibility for their actions?

You reasoning sucks, and shows a great deal of ignorance on your behalf. But you're right, drunk sex shouldn't be considered rape. I'm really worried how rape, and sexual-misbehavior have been bunched together lately, because it suggests rape is about sex, WHICH IT ISN'T!

I'm very much in favor of a separate 'sexual misconduct' law, because having sex with a drunk person, or a person voluntarily intoxicated, can be 'not classy', but it isn't rape. Rape is a form of abuse, where you force, hurt, and use another person to prove your power/might. The fact the 2 are bunched together in modern-law, creates a situation where a lot of people confuse rape, for sex, which is a bad situation, because that's actually the MAIN thing that needs to get separated.

It'll make it easier for actual rape-victims, plus it'll reduce to possibility of false-rape claims.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
