Why is having sex with a drunk woman considered "Rape".?

Although you might have been raped, no court in the world would convict him. I am not trying to be mean but just stating the facts. Sorry hun, I absolutely hate to hear this. Since you were intoxicated, and blacked out, and have no recollection of providing consent, you were raped. He will try to say you consented if you press it, but in all reality, he knew you were intoxicated and took advantage of you.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
