Regular mayonnaise is not really considered healthy at all but store bought lite mayonnaise is considered healthier by many dietitians, when it is used in small amounts and not often. Regular homemade mayonnaise has a large amount of oil as one of the main ingredients and the amount of oil by itself can be considered as unhealthy. Here is a homemade mayonnaise recipe I recently came across online, to give you an idea; Ingredients 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard 3/4 cup vegetable or olive oil salt and pepper to taste Directions Combine the egg, garlic, lemon juice and mustard in the container of a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth, then blend on low speed while pouring oil into the blender in a fine stream as the mixture emulsifies and thickens.
A general rule of thumb is that homemade is almost ALWAYS healthier than store bought. When you make something at home you are aware of everything that you are going to be consuming whereas oftentimes with store bought products we end up consuming lots of added chemicals and preservatives without even knowing or wanting to. For instance, a basic recipe for mayonnaise calls for egg yolk, either vinegar or lemon juice, oil, and salt.
The ingredients of store bought mayo hardly resemble the recipe for homemade mayo: soybean oil, water, whole eggs & egg yolks, vinegar, salt, sugar, lemon juice, calcium disodium EDTA, and natural flavors. Basically the taste is watered down, only to be pumped back in using flavoring agents that mimic the taste of the ingredients that should have been used in the first place. This is usually due to the need to make large quantities at a cheap price, along with the need to make a product that has an (unnecessarily) long shelf life.
If you make your mayo at home, it will taste better and be better for you. The only bad news is that you’ll have to make fresh mayo every time you need some, because it doesn’t last much longer than a day in the fridge! The good news is, it doesn’t take long to make, and it’s worth the effort!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
