Is ignoring the authority of the courts or of Congress an impeachable offense?

Try "Unitary Executive Authority" which is embedded in the Second Amendment, Section 1. The Founding Fathers, in their wisdom, determined that Congress should be a "plural" branch composed of two separate parts, the House of Representatives and the Senate. Congress as an "equal" branch of our three equal branches of government, has to function as one unit, with agreement between both House and Senate, before legislation can be passed.

The Office of the President of the United States, however, is singular---not divided (as set up in 1767) and has what is called Unitary Executive Authority over the entire Executive branch. President Obama does NOT "think he is above Congress"---that is just propaganda that the treason-committing Republican party has been putting out when their deliberate war-time SABOTAGE and BLOCK-EVERYTHING strategy was set up on INAUGURATION NIGHT by senior lawmakers (GOP Senators and Congressmen who should have KNOWN BETTER), when our nation was facing economic run, were in two wars (one of them an ILLEGAL one), our international image was in the proverbial TOILET. These GOP traitors met in secret on Capital Hill to PLOT AGAINST A DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED (PEOPLE-CHOSEN) U.S. PRESIDENT (read Robert Draper, 2012: "Do Not Ask What Good We Do: Inside the U.S. House of Representatives" to learn more).

If President Obama had not been the Constitutional scholar he is (having taught Constitutional Law in Chicago for years), you tell us: What would have been accomplished in his first term with these viciously unpatriotic treason-committing Senators and Congressman taking an OATH to block every piece of legislation and every single nomination made before President Obama had even served one day in office?! ~ Because of the Democrats in control of the "most productive Congress in 60 years" 211th Congress from 2009 through to 2011, some truly great accomplishments were achieved---but this was IN SPITE OF FILIBUSTERS on everything, no exceptions. The Unitary Executive Authority was wisely used to prevent the GOP from destroying us as a nation just to stick it to our first man-of-color President.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
