Why do some people think violating the constitution is not an impeachable offense?

Liberals think the only way one can care for the poor is through taxes and welfare. This is why they donate less money and time to charity. Why should they?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
