Is it legal for the police to shoot a suspect in the back while suspect is running away?

Running from a police officer is considered obstructing, and is illegal. However, it requires you to know he is a police officer. If he didn't identify himself, your actions were not illegal.

I doubt that was a police officer, it was probably the land owner wanting to put a scare into you. A plain clothes officer would have shown you an ID. A real officer would not have tolerated you refusing to give your name, either.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
