Iced tea should be made with either boiling water (which kills off much of the bacteria) or brewed overnight in the refrigerator. It's not like the stuff is instant death, but there's just enough of a problem that you should refrigerate your iced tea. If you are referring to the bottled ones, you don't, only after you open. Anything that is sealed should be fine. From the time you open, you have refrigerate to keep its freshness and it is always better cold anyway..
