Is it OK for a middle aged man to date a college aged woman?

Wow, I can't believe I read that whole thing. Ok, if this new woman is so great, she won't be jealous of a dead woman. Seriously.

Are you people telling her that your mother was a terrible person? It just makes no sense. You are practically being dishonest by not telling her what a perfect family you thought you had.

I am a middle aged woman. If I were dating your dad and heard some stories from you about your mom, I think it would tell me that your dad is a good man. There aren't many men that put as much into a marriage that your dad probably did.

I think it would be fine for you to tell stories about your mom, but give more time to other topics of conversation. This woman should be smart enough to know that your mom was a huge part of your life and isn't going to disappear from your thoughts and memories. If talk of your mom bothers her, then she's not the gal for your dad.

My mom (she's 76) is a widow and is dating a widower. When we have dinner with them, we always hear stories of my dad and his deceased wife. No one thinks anything of it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
