Is it outrageous that Al Sharpton just called ALL Republicans "White Supremecists" on MSNBC?

Blacks in America should be called Black Americans IMO.

Blacks are called African Americans because Malcolm X argued for pride in their cultural roots and heritage by dropping the term "negroe" and adopting the name of Afro-Americans which evolved into African Americans. However, not everyone identifies as African American as it is accepted to mean a black American, and does not take into account Arabic peoples of Northern Africa, white Afrikaners of South Africa or peoples of the Caribbean who simply identify themselves as black or possibly Hispanic. European American cannot be accepted as there isn't a large movement to adopt the term and not every white American identifies as European, such as Jewish people.

So, until there is a mass movement like Malcolm X and Afro-Americans, the term "European American" won't be accepted anytime soon.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
