Is it possible to leave askville? To remove one's avatar, profile etc., and just disappear?

It called CHOICES. Just put the mouse down and back away from the computer...very slowly. If you must be around the evil machine, just don't point and click 'askville'.

Kind of.... You can just leave. You can "clear out your desk" in My Askville, if you like, but you don't have to. Check in your settings that you don't want to receive ANY messages from Askville, and close the door and go--you won't hear a word from them and it will be like Askville never happened!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
