Well 100 pounds in 6 months isn't that unhealthy have you ever seen biggest loser they lose 30lbs a week if you want to lost weight try running 15 minutes without stopping, the next week try 20 and keep moving up each week 5 min until its like an hour and a half and when you eat drink a glass of water before each meal and eat (at least a cup of each per meal) the fruits and vegetables first it will fill you up faster, try to eat only lean meat , also try not to lift weights that will make you gain muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. What ever you do don't give up I know you can do it ( don't starve yourself Please!) good luck.
Madie, I understand where you are coming from. You want instant results. One thing that is the hardest to accept is that the weight goes on much faster than it comes off.
You may not reach your goal of 100 pounds in 6 months, but I would bet you could reach 75% of your goal if you worked very hard. Of course, 75 pounds in 6 months is equal to roughly 3.15 pounds per week, which by modest standards is still fast weight loss. Stay true to yourself.
If you do not have the full support of your parents, then you have your friends. And don't forget - you have yourself to be accountable to! Here are my suggestions: weight lifting (to build your muscle tone and increase your metabolism) 4 days per week, and cardio three days per week for approx 45 minutes.
Water ONLY, cut out sugar and excessive fatty foods. Eat a lot of veggies & lean meats and minimize fruit (contains A LOT of sugar) to one to two servings per day. Good luck on your journey - I will be rooting for you.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
