1 that would be a NO! Where do these URBAN LEGENDS come from? I am sure that somewhere on this planet is someone that is allergic to peroxide that has tattoos, but I have many and so do quite a few of my friends and we have been doing our hair for years & years.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
