I agree with the fact that pre-packaged foods can only be healthy if they are prepared with the least amount of sodium. Healthy pre-packaged snacks need to have low calories as well. A company called (Simply Fit Meals) may work since they have 100% Natural and local organic fresh cooked meals balanced by a certified RD, freshly ground proteins and portioned based on the amount of calories.
Sodium content is probably the biggest downside of most of the frozen prepared foods. Look for the low-sodium versions as likely the healthiest choices. Frozen prepared foods are surely more healthy than most fast food.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
