Is the anglican church or episcopal the same thing? or the anglican church is less liberal than episcopal?

The Episcopal Church agrees with everything Jesus said about homosexuality: "Teacher, which command in God's Law is the most important?" Jesus said, "'Love the Lord your God with all your passion and prayer and intelligence.' This is the most important, the first on any list. But there is a second to set alongside it: 'Love others as well as you love yourself.'" (Matthew 22:36-39, The Message Bible translation.) In my diocese we have a suffragan bishop who is a lesbian in a committed relationship, and she is wonderful.

We wish the government would allow her to marry her partner, but at least the church has provided for the blessing of same-sex unions even if lawful marriage is not available.

Yes. The Church of England allows homosexual religious officials - though they are currently in a dispute about how high a rank can be held by a homosexual. The Episcopal Church allows homosexuals to have the office of bishop.

The attendees are elected by various congregations - very much like Congressmen in the U.S. So: the moral teachings of the church depend almost entirely on the majority beliefs of the individual church members who elect representatives to attend the conventions. In other words, that church's moral teachings follows the morality of the majority of its members. It doesn't matter if the majority agree with God or the Bible on a particular issue - the official church teachings follow the majority of voting members *instead of* God or the Bible.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
