Is the government legally allowed to ban "Assault Rifles" legally.?

Absolutely no! No country should allow free access to any assault weapon. These are used for slaughtering humans only.

Why should they be available? It is insane.

Absolutely not nor do any law abiding American have military grade assault rifles in fact it's against the law to own a automatic military what you may call an assault rifle. By the way what is a definition of a assault rifle if you know then your better than the government experts or others who are trying to pin down the definition. All I know is that some whom are mentally and emotionally derange are sociopaths you know lunatics have illegally obtain fast firing rifle/pistols to kill others they only positive is they kill themselves after their rampage.

While the million among millions of law abiding Americans with fast firing fire arms may have their right to own such taken away by a corrupt government who agenda isn't concern about the senseless killing of innocent children but to disarm the population for control purposes.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
