Is the iPad 2 going to come out shortly after Christmas?

Based on the rumors that I have read, it looks like the release date of Apple’s second generation iPad will be in April instead of right after Christmas. I’ve seen reports that link to camera suppliers, suppliers of user cases as well as reports about shipment dates from Foxconn (the Chinese company who manufactures the product for Apple). The biggest indicator of an April launch is that rumors point to Foxconn starting shipments of the device in late February.

Since they are in China, the late February shipment seems to support April launch. The rumors definitely seem to be pointing towards an iPad 2 that has at least one camera, but likely both a front and rear facing camera. Both the camera suppliers and case design seem to support this theory.
