Is the world destined to end in 2012?

2012 is the end of the Mayan long calendar. The calendar spans some 5,000 years and represents a cycle of the Earth on a complete axis rotation. It would have been quite a discovery for the ancient Mayans to calculate all this.

The calendar ending in late 2012 simply means that the Earth's axis rotation is complete and about to start again. It may also mean total chaos, but this is all theoretical and the world is going to end in the far distant future. "2012" being the end of the world is just a movie.

According to the Mayan calendar, it says the world will come to an end in 2012, but we will just have to wait and see!

Unfortunately, the world will not end in 2012 because I owe too many people too much money!

It is just the end of the Mayan calendar. There are many who believe that we are entering into a whole new way of being in the Universe because of what the planet has been experiencing. The energy has changed so the planet too must change.

Yet the world is not going to end with this change.

The Mayan Long Count calendar ends in 2012 and many say the world will end but there is no solid evidence of this.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
