Is the world more dangerous than during the cold war? Iran, NK etc. At some point in the near future, they will prob get the bomb?

I think at some point it could be, but it is not currently as dangerous. During the cold war we were at some points only one bad decision away from nuclear war. I think we need to keep on top of North Korea, Iran, terrorists and even domestic terrorists, but we are not at cold war levels yet.

We also need to make sure the government doesn't wimp out and let us become vulnerable to make the US friends with everyone, there is a fine balance between fear, respect and hatred.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
