I have found that by forcing myself to get on a regular schedule get up get in the shower and workout on a daily or every other day basis contributes a lot to depression. As far as anxiety the one thing you have to figure out is what's triggering it and realize that it's not going to last forever. Breathe through your nose out through your mouth.
Also if its social anxiety just tell yourself you know what I am who I am and people who mind don't matter and people who matter don't mind.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
