I don't think such a collar exists I used to use something else to train cats to stay off my kitchen counters. It's called a Scraminal and it's basically just a motion sensor that gives off a very loud beep when a cat crosses a certain path. It scares kitty so that he'll run away, and after a while he will no longer even attempt to go near that location. It worked very well for me:Scraminal Deterrent DevicePrice: $32.99amazon.com/Scraminal-Deterrent-Device/dp... warning, though.
The beep is very, very loud. It will definitely wake you up at night if kitty crosses its path. There is an alternative device that emits a spray rather than a beep, but I've never used it:Premier SSSCAT Automated Cat-Deterrent KitList Price: $49.99Price: $26.19amazon.com/Premier-SSSCAT-Automated-Cat-... can think of using a similar technology in a collar, where instead of a motion sensor the alarm would go off if the cat gets too close.
But I don't know of a product like that at the moment. But something like the above should be able to help. Good luck!

There are a few There are a couple of options. 1. Purchase an "invisible fence" system.
If you install it to outline the area in which you want your cat to stay, that should work. Basically, the cat wears a collar with a reciever on it. The "fence" is an electrical field that surrounds the area that you want to keep the cat in.
When she tries to cross the field, she gets a small shock. Some people like this type of system, but soem find it cruel. 2.
Get a tie-out for the cat. We used to do this all the time, and it worked really well. Basically, you attach one end of the leash to the patio, and the other to the cat.
You'll need a halter though, because most cats can shrug off thier collars with this system. Unfortunately, there really aren't that many options for keeping pets confined without a shock collar or tie-out. When I lived in an apartment,I'd have to supervise the cat if she was outside, or block her from climbing on the railing by putting cardboard on top.
If it hangs over enough, it will look too unstable and thye won't try to jump on it. Good luck! Sources: Opinion .
Invisible Fence That is what the "invisible fence" systems do. You lay it out along the perimeter of where you want to contain the pet. The pet wears a collar which alerts it when it passes the perimeter.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
