Is there a way to fix 'damaged' mp3 files?

Some of my favorite songs' mp3 file has these 'popping' or 'hiccup' noises during playback.It's not really bad as to make it unplayable, but it gets really irritating after a while. Audacity Audacity is a good, free program that you can use to do this. 1 I rather doubt that there is an easy/inexpensive way to make this fix. Might be easier to get a new download. But if anyone has any further info on this question, I would be interested to know the answer.

I have found MP3 file scanners that tell you there are problems, but I have yet to find a program to fix the file.

2 It's more likely that your playback is being corrupted because of a buffer underrun. If you are not using DRM, try another player, e.g. , Quicktime instead of WMP. If you don't hear the problems, you most likely have too many things going on in your computer.

I usually use iTunes to play audio files. I've tried using Quicktime, Winamp, and WMP but the problem persists.So I think the file already has problems. Do you have another suggestion?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
