Is there any way to remove a co-borrower's name from the loan if he doesn't live in the house or pay for the house?

The only way is to refi them off of the loan.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
