Just go to craigslist.org Just be careful with giving out private info, even if someone buys your stuff.It's better to meet in public then give your home address if they want to pick up, or offer to ship, but it's best not to give out your address.

Depending on the style... there's laundromatic.net if you've got things that might appeal to teenage girls, I like the site because it has a great feedback system, which leads to better dealings. If you're open to unverified dealings there's quite a few selling groups on livejournal.com for various types of stuff, punkmart for example deals in punk clothes.

If it doesn't have to be online I would also look into local consignment shops.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
