I've a question about the 'question' somebody asked about quitting smoking?

I'm neutral on the issue, I just wanted to throw that scenario out there.

Or if a person doesn't drive but a person driving gets in an accident , a non-driver still gets effected by the increases. I understand what you were saying but I disagree with you anology of it.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
