You could have a pinched line or a bad master cylinder, also, your brake light switch could be out of adjustment, but that would usually affect all 4 wheels. One other question, when you replaced the caliper, did it bleed ok?

You should take the caliper off and clean it up. Make sure the pistons are clean.
