I make salsa every year with tomatoes from the garden. I just cut an "X" on the non-stem end of the tomato and put them into boiling water for a few minutes (makes them easier to peel) When they're cooled off, I peel them and remove the seeds. Put the meat of the tomato into a large bowl.
Then I add a couple spoonfulls of minced garlic (the jar kind with the 'juice' in it) and some sliced jalepenos (again, jar is fine! ) then I add some chopped onion. Tear up some fresh cilantro and add a bit of salt.
Some lime juice can also be added. Now, the fun part.....I get out my "boat motor" (immersion blender) and chop it all up together until it's the "chunky-ness" that I want. I would let it sit for a day or two before eating - to let the flavors mingle.
Enjoy!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
