Liberal Democrats are posing as violent tea Party protesters as way to disparage the movement. Why?

The TP folks are an excellent example of 'manufactured consent'. Koch Industries for example has put up a lot of money to get this 'movement' off the ground. Various right wing groups have organized it and the GOP's Ministry of Propaganda, the right wing radio dummies and FOX has advertised and promoted it.

Basically the Tea Party is a front group for the trans national corporations that already exert a massive amount of control and influence on 'our' government. 'Low or no taxes for them, no regulations with teeth, union busting, and various free passes for entrenched industries such as coal and oil, and trade polices that crush the American wage earner. All propaganda needs an 'Emmanuel Goldstein', an insidious 'inside' enemy, a 'dark side' at war with the forces of righteousness...or in this case the forces of the 'right'.

This is where the strawman 'liberals' come in, or currently the 'far left liberals'. The right wing radio dummies make certain that the public knows that the 'liberals' hate America, desire a surrender to Islam and/or the UN, want to 'gut our military', put the environment before profits, raise your taxes, kill jobs, expand welfare, are the enemies of the Christian god and want to indoctrinate kids to be gay in the 'government' schools. The 'liberals' of course are anyone or any organization that attempts to put the American wage earner first, has regard for the environment and insists on 'social justice'....a pair of dirty words to the fascisti mother#$$&ers that run the current GOP/Tea Party and are behind everything that's wrong in this country.

Are they a threat? You bet. Having dumped the last of the Eisenhower/Nixon/Jerry Ford Republicans and embraced only the most right wing of the right wing of the political spectrum, only the most right wing of the right wing stand a chance of election....that's why they need to convince more people to join their Teabag political cult and that's why they need to convince 51% of the public that the 'liberals' are out to 'steal their freedoms' and 'destroy this country'.

The word "threat" is not defined, and the use of "liberals" is too broad for the allegations made, unless of course a survey has been done somewhere that shows evidence Liberals are even saying such a thing. This Liberal-to-Moderate Democrat thinks the teabagging evangelical misinformed groups keep shooting themselves in the foot---aligning with extremists like the Hutaree militia, or with Rand Paul (their choice for the KY Republican candidate) to the point where most Americans are beginning to realize the Tea Potties' folly...lol. They are so completely blinded by their own fanaticism and disinformation that they are beginning to walk into walls, politically speaking.

Not a threat from my vantage point, other than the gun-toting anti-government militia types who appeared at their rallies armed and "loaded for bear" as they say---just looking to pick a fight, but I'm sure the FBI is keeping a close eye on such types.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
