Looking for a book I think originally called A copper penny/Once is enough Does anyone know about this book?

Thanks to you both for checking on the book I'm looking for but I think I must have gotten the title wrong as it's not the book I'm trying to find. This one's about a high school girl "has to get married", raising a baby in a small trailer and trying to find work to support her husband as he goes to school. He comes from a wealthy family and she feels like the only thing she did was have a baby until a neighbor teaches her that sewing is a great thing for gifts and such.

She at the end of the book does indeed go back to get her high school diploma but there are lots of times she just wanted to give up. It was on the lines of a book Like mr. and mrs. bo jo jones and even though they are doing their best, it's tough work being so young and raising a baby. Their names are Carey and Hank and I believe it may have been a scholastic book but can't remember the title properly or even who wrote it but I would love to find a copy.It could have been a shiney new penny but I think it was also called Once is Enough.

It was around in the 1970's and I would appreciate anyone who knows of this book. In this day and age kids having kids doesn't seem to be that big of a deal but whent he book was written it was something no one talked about. Thanks again, you guys are great!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
