MAHALO SEEKING FEEDBACK ASAP: Dynamic website, reasonably attractive, wants popularity feedback from all, young/old, TODAY (Fri night ;-))?

First, that pic needs a photoshopped heart above it. Or needs to be made into a Valentine's Day card. ;) Anyhow... Questions in the Most Popular section should remain depending on some variables: answers, Interesting Votes, and perhaps how relative it might be to current happenings in the real world, and/or current Mahalo news (new features, a big bug, etc).

Other than that I would change them up at least every 3 days, 4 at max.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
