Microsoft deserting us Windows Me users....what do I do now?

I think it is time to have a good upgrade! Upgrading to windows 8 feels like as if a new UI Theme pack was applied to windows 7. That's it.

U'll not miss a single piece of win 7 operations in win 8. Except UI changes like, no start button....no popup start menu and few more UI related kinda things. It takes few hours to get used to it.

That's all you are done....you feel a real fluid flow operation on win 8. Still everything works fine and it is really good to stay updated. Mm...and I feel like on right hardware win 8 is going to charm!

My laptop can staly alive for few more minutes. Yes, this is what I have observed on my laptop. On win 7 I used to get 4hrs10min of normal usage and where as on win 8 it is pused up to 4hrs35min.

It is not just showing me the time.....,it is doing its job guys...(because I have tested on the same laptop twice by swaping windows7 & 8). And the Internet Explorer 10 it is no more a tortoise level.....it is really working good! Faster than any other default browsers like SAFARI.

I really felt. And on the down side..... windows might have left the start button.! Really worth it. And the most thing that annoyed me is....that I cant boot to the desktop.

:( And My Pentium 4 Processor cant handle it! It feels great on touch. But a bit annoying for Bussinees users to use it on a desktop!

On the whole...it is a good upgrade, having few but considerableCHANGES!

You lose more than you gain. Critics believe that it is a flop. It is intended more for tablets and if done correctly will take a large majority of the market away from Apple....for the time being I would stick with W7..you should never switch to a new OS soon as it comes out.

People hated vista because they though "oh its a bad OS, W7 is so much better!" when in reality...vista was just a pre-released version of W7....W7 was built upon the previous vista code. Vista is a great OS if you upgrade and install the service packs! Lol.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
