You can rotate (and scale) your Textures as you draw them to the buffer using SpriteBatch. Draw although you will need to specify most (or all) of the arguments. Angles are given in radians.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
