Your hypothetical questions about whites and blacks and interest levels are only that - hypotheticals. There's no statistical or logical basis for making any assumptions based on completely hypothetical statements.
As a supporter of Herman Cain in the primaries, I'd have to say that the race of a candidate is the least of my concerns. A candidate's positions and views on issues are far more important.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
