I would say to a person who bred a seven month old Chihuahua: "It's really not that smart to breed a 7-month dog. Their reproductive systems, especially in small dogs, are not fully developed until the age of two years. Then, before you bred, you should have gotten genetic soundness tests (eyes, ears, hips, and elbows) and AKC registered your dog.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
