My 1 key is broken so every time I turn my laptop on, it makes a loud consistent beep sound and then I have to reset it?

My 1 key is broken so every time I turn my laptop on, it makes a loud consistent beep sound and then I have to reset it. Also, whenever I try to use it, it constantly presses but the key itself isn't depressed. Sometimes when I'm typing, it will randomly start pressing the 1 key.

Sometimes when I press the key once, it'll randomly type it into my sentences. The key itself isn't stuck, but it's being typed like it's pressed down.
