My baby just turn 4 months and still drinks 4 oz each time.. how much should he be drinking?

That sounds just right to me. When mine were little I was told that the rule of thumb was to increase the amount of the bottle once 40x. No longer kept baby satisfied for 4 hours.

I was told this by a mother of 9 healthy grown kids. Mine are teens now, mostly and all seemed to have done ok by that advice. Do you have the book What to Expect in the First Year?

Hopefully you understood 40x means 4oz. That post was made on my ipad, which for some reason automatically corrects what it interprets to be misspellings. It is a microsoft-word-esque bit of programming that is more annoying than helpful.

I would say as long as they are gaining weight, it maybe ok. I overfed my kids. See if they will drink more from another bottle at one sitting.

Burp them...then they may eat more.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
