There are several varieties according to their website. Chlorine (there's one with bleach) will def kill fish and the beneficial bacteria. The anti-bacterial kind will do the same, the fish can get poisoned by some of the other components too.

If it's just a single squirt (in 50 gallons) then I'd try putting some water conditioner in there (to balance the water N, Cl and pH). If it was more than that, you need to do a 1/2 or 2/3 water change as soon as possible. Cleaning fluids are generally toxic to aquatics.

If it's a salt-water tank, you've got even bigger problems. Good luck! Cheers..
