My doc tells me I have a compressed nerve cause of numbness in my left arm and now im having pain in it what is it?

Its the compressed nerve. I have one, also, and sometimes my arm and neck are numb. At other times, the pain is almost unbearable.

All I can suggest is to always have a heating pad or a thermo heat patch available. The pain I have goes away with heat in about 15 minutes.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
