My dog went off her heat cycle two weks ago, but her nipples are huge & hanging low. Is this normal?

They do get bigger after being in heat, but usually not "huge." Were the dogs together when she was in heat? If so, she's probably pregnant.

Good chance she is pregnant, if her playmate was an intact male dog. Take her to your vet immediately so they can help confirm via an echocardiogram. If she is pregnant, it is typically 61 days after breeding for a litter to be whelped.

Make sure you have a good emergency vet on standby and also alot of cash in case this turns into an emergency situation. Boxers are notorious for requiring C-sections and mother nature rarely does this at a convention time of the day. Best to be prepared for all possibilities for your Boxer's sake.
