You should have had a stud contract which would clearly spell out what everyone expected.. since she misled you about the registration status of the stud, I personally do not feel you owe her anything. It depends on what the stud contract says. If there is no stud contract, you owe her nothing.

If there is a stud contract, read it over carefully. If anything in there specifies that the litter was to be KC registered, then she breeched contract by not supplying a fully registered stud.
