Go back to the vet to buy replacement formula and have them teach you how to tube feed. Cancel school, work, etc for the next 4-8 weeks and feed the pups every 2 hours round the clock if you want them to live. Make sure you also have appropriate heat lamps/blankets and don't forget to manually stimulate urinating and defecation after each feeding or they will die.

Ask your vet how soon you dog can be spayed since CLEARLY she is not mother material.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
