My kitten isn't peeing where he should. How can I change this habit?

I use unscented litter. -I have one covered and one uncovered litter box. -I clean my boxes multiple times a day.

-One litter box is in a not so private area, the other, the one he is peeing next too, is. -He has been doing this for a few weeks, since before the neuter. Katmarval 54 months ago.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
