I wouldn't have a problem with the pot smoking and being sexually active as long as it happens somewhere else he has a job, is attending school and being a productive human being. He's 18 and he keeps it up and doesn't listen to you he should be asked to move out. It's so hard to do as a parent but it does work. You'll have more peace of mind and won't have to put up with his &^%$# anymore.
