Why do people seem to dwell on people who don't want them. You need to decide if your a good person, if your worth being loved and if you can love back. If you have a positive answer to these questions then move on and find someone who will love you for you.

Do not ask me. Ask your beloved wife. Do not accept uncommitted answers.

Watch her body language, look for clues. They are there for the reading. I do not know your wife..........as her husband, you should, looking to strangers for an answer shows the weakness you have as her husband.

I understand that it isa painful thing to confront, but you must do it to salvage your union.

You can do better than that I think, if she doesn't want to help fix it. Maybe it's time to move forward into the next stage of your life - it's probably for the better.

First you need to know what know if you are willing to fix it, if you are then sit your wife down and find out why exactly she is bored, where you have gone wrong, what you can do to make it better. Communicate is key, maybe you guys need some vacation time together, if you have kids leave them with grand parents for a day and you guys spend the day and night together.

If both people aren't ready to put 100% effort into trying to improve things it's over! One person cannot save a marriage. You are probably better off being with someone who actually wants to be with you!

Best of luck!

Boredom is a side effect of long term relationship (along with many other things). Introducing novelty is key (both inside and outside of the bedroom). We do not do this because of our anxiety about our partner's reaction to our suggestion of change.

But in your case, she is saying she is giving up on the fix. I'd strongly suggest you read David Schnarch's book: "Intimacy and Desire"...you just might recognize yourself there. Or, visit my website and read some free material on the 'couples' page at: gentling.org.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
