Need help finding title/author of a book (please)?

Need help finding title/author of a book (please) I read it in the '80s. I believe it would be in the selfhelp or personal growth type catagories but it is a fiction story. The plot is about a guy who goes to a pyschic type woman who tells him of his past lives.

She tells him he was a king in a past live and when he starts to believe it it boosts his self esteem. He starts to feel more confidence because he was once in charge of many people. Then he goes back to her to see who else he was which in turn helps make him a stronger person yet.

She of course is making it all up but it helps him non the less. Back then I was reading books like the worlds greatest salesman and other self help type books. I just cant recall the title of this one though.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
