No internet acess from router?

This might work, take the router and look for a reset button and hold it in for 30 seconds this might reset all the setting he put on your router but may leave your wifi unprotected to anyone to use it.

Call your ISP(internet service provider) & thn you ask them for manul configuration of your router they will help you.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
