Notification, NotificationManager, and StatusBar Messages for Android?

The call is asynchronous, but it should be displayed almost immediately.

We are not mind readers, and you have given us one line out of a much larger example somewhere. Taking a completely random guess, that is probably the activity that should be opened when the user taps on the notification entry. Does this method act immediately or it's done later?

I think you are a mind reader. I didn't realize that clicking on the notification message was supposed to start some activity (I thought notifications just displayed a message). So, yeah that is exactly what I want.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
