White Mousse Filling, quick, easy and very good. If anyone knows her chocolate, It is Mrs. Fields. This is her filling that she uses in her Mousse-filled Cookie Pie....Enjoy!
Mousse Filling: 2 c. Heavy cream 2 t. Unflavored gelatin 8.Oz.
White chocolate, coarsely chopped 1 t. Almond extract Place 1/4 c. Of the cream in a small bowl.
Sprinkle the gelatin on top and let stand 5 minutes to soften. Place the white chocolate in a medium bowl. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 c.
Of the cream to a simmer. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes, them stir until smooth.
Whisk in the softened gelatin and almond extract. Set aside to cool to lukewarm. In a medium bowl, beat the remaining 3/4 c.
Cream until soft peaks form. Gently whisk about 1/2 c. Of the whipped bream into the chocolate mixture to lighten it.
Gently, but thoroughly, fold in the remaining whipped cream. For the pie , she says to refrigerate ( the pie) for at least 3 hours. So I would, after finishing your cake, refrigerate it.
Good luck...Enjoy and best of wishes for a very Happy Birthday for your daughter. Heidi in TN Sources: Mrs. Fields I love Chocolate Cookbook HEIDI5522's Recommendations Mrs. Fields I Love Chocolate! This is my favorite easy, easy mousse recipe. It's more of a cream color than white because of the coffee. Blender Chocolate Mousse 1/4 cup milk 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin 6 ounces (1 cup) semisweet white chocolate chips or else chopped white chocolate 1/2 cup strong brewed Folgers® coffee 2/3 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup heavy cream 1 heaping cup ice cubes Grated semisweet chocolate, for garnish (optional) Pour the milk into a blender jar.
Sprinkle in the gelatin. Pulse on for just a few seconds to moisten the gelatin. Allow to sit for 2 to 3 minutes to soften.
Pour the coffee into a heat-proof glass measuring cup and heat in the microwave to boiling. Pour in the chocolate chips and then pour in the boiling coffee. Process at high speed until all of the chocolate is melted, stopping once to scrape the sides of the blender jar with a rubber spatula.
Add the sugar, vanilla, and cream. Process for a minute or two or until smooth. With the motor running, add ice to the blender one cube at a time through the center of the lid.(Hold hand or a paper towel over the opening in the lid to prevent spattering.) Process at highest speed until ice is chopped and melted into the mixture.
Pour immediately into a serving dish or individual serving dishes. Chill for at least 30 minutes or until mixture is set. Garnish with grated semisweet chocolate.
NOTE: For a lighter version, substitute light cream or "half and half" for the heavy cream. Sources: A blender cookbook that I lost years ago .
I would use pudding pie mix, but here's a recipe from scratch too.. If I were going to make this, I would use pudding and follow the "pie filling" directions on the package. I do this all the time with chocolate pudding to make chocolate puding pie; you can also get vanilla or white chocolate flavored pudding and it is really yummy. Just make sure you follow the ’pie’ directions instead of the ’pudding’ directions (basically you use less milk).
I usually use My*T*Fine Pudding, but they don’t have a white chocolate flavor (jello does)... Here is a recipe if you want to make it from scratch though: White Chocolate Mousse 1 1/2 cups heavy cream 5 ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped 1/2 cup egg whites (from about 4 eggs) 2 tablespoons sugar Two days before you plan to serve the dessert, in a small saucepan, heat the cream over medium heat just until it boils. Immediately turn off the heat. Place the chocolate in a medium bowl.
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and whisk until melted and smooth. Strain into another bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight. The next day, remove the mixture from the refrigerator and, using a mixer fitted with a whisk attachment or a hand mixer, whip it into fluffy, soft peaks.
Return to the refrigerator. In a clean dry bowl, whip the egg whites until soft peaks form, then add the sugar and continue whipping until glossy and stiff, about 30 seconds more. Fold into the white chocolate mixture, and then spoon the mixture (or pipe through a pastry bag) into glasses.

Maybe you mean MOUSSE I found this recipe on recipezaar, which sounds yummy AND easy: Easy Mousse Cake Filling - Any Flavor! Recipe #215952 This is the easiest filling to make for a layer cake. You can make it in almost any flavor.
Instead of or in addition to the instant pudding, you can mix in a fruit filling such as marionberry or strawberry. My favorite flavor of pudding to use is cheesecake. Tastes so good with a chocolate or lemon cake.
This will make enough to fill a typical layer cake. By SuzyQ in Seattle 8 servings 7 min 7 min prep 1 pint heavy whipping cream 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant pudding mix, any flavor In a chilled metal bowl, beat whipping cream on medium-high speed until it begins to thicken. I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
