Ok.. this has been driving my crazy trying to remember the film title.. it's an early 80s horror/suspense movie I only remember a few details, but the killer had an XX tattoo on his wrist, which was found out later to be his initials, william or willie something. The movie starts out with him throwing a plugged in radio into the bathtub of a young woman, electricuting her.. it also seems he is a tennis player or instructor and wore wristbands to cover up the XX which was eventually used to identify him.
