Here in Canada, the detergent companies took out phosphates. Phosphates help take the dirty stuff off the dishes and utensils n' stuff. Now, when I wash dishes, only about 60% of my dishes are clean.

I am starting to wash most of the dishes by hand now. I do a much better job than a washing machine soap that does not clean! Therefore, it might not be your dishwasher, but your dishwashing soap.

Read the label on your soap. If it says phosphate free or something like that, it is most likely your soap. If not, try running some borax through an empty wash, 2 or 3 times, with a rinse of just plain water.

See if that helps. Even if your soap says phosphate free, try the borax n' see if that helps any. If that works not, you may need to crawl in and see if anything is in there to cause it not to work properly.

If you cannot see anything, I would call a technician if you cannot fix it yourself.
