For a new installation, you have to perform proper sequence to purge air out of the pipes. Keep one zone's feeding end open, shut off all others on both ends, on the return end there should be a drain valve, drain water until you have continuous flow without air. Repeat the same for other zones.
You can repeat the cycle 2 or 3 times if necessary. Also, when system in normal operation, water gets heated up and air in water is released, and the airvent near the furnace should take care of that. However, practically there is always air in the pipes, you can only minimize it.
Also, some noises are not caused by air.
